Kinder Nursery Report:
Yee-chan is attending くま(bear) class from today. Please enjoy your time with us until you leave Japan. We had recreation today (every Thursday, we have race or games, activities that use the body. So please put on shoes so that she can run and move well). When we did stretching before we get started, Yee-chan was curious and looked around at other kids. But later she enjoyed running race as she is good at it.
Tricycle Affair
Mummy has been bringing the tricycle to fetch Yee for .... many months.

Yee's friends are promoted to a upper class and they are using a different room. She seems sad to see them playing together without her. She stood outside the room for a long time.

Yee preferes to push the tricycle these days, instead of sitting on it.

Kinder Nursery Report:
Today is Yee’s last day in Rabbit Group. In this past year, Yee has become a big sister. She is speaking Japanese well. She enjoyed herself and played a lot. Thank you for this whole year. Please take care.
Way Home
Yee played under our apartment. She ran to the big drain lid and said, "This has no fish" and then ran to the smaller drain lid and said, "This has fish". She did this repetitively.
Then she turned to Mummy and said, "play fish".
Mummy replied, "ok."
Yee repeated, "play fish" a few more times.
Finally, Mummy understood Yee and said, "Sure, Koh Yee wants to pray for the fish. Please go ahead". Yee put her hands together and prayed, "Dear God, thank you for the fish (Mummy was thinking is she going to say grace). Bless the fish. Jesus name we pray, amen."

Pleasant Surprise:
Yee asked for two handkerchief last evening. This morning when Mummy took out the Minnie pouch from Yee's school bag, Mummy saw two handkerchiefs and a bib inside the Minnie pouch. Mummy has been packing them for Yee every morning. It was a delightful surprise that Yee packed her own stuff for her pouch.
Kinder Nursery Report:
We played with balls today. Yee-chan played with the babies and toddlers from the ひよこ (chicken) group. She passed the balls to the toddlers. What a gracious elder sister.

Yee-chan played mini cars and blocks with little big brothers from らいおん (lion) group. One of the big brothers gave her a frame (made with blocks), Yee-chan was very happy and kept turning it. She chatted happily with her friends.

A new friend came today and she was crying. Yee-chan patted the new friend’s head. I told her, “Yeeちゃんありがとう” (Thank you) and she smiled shyly. What a gentle girl.

We went to Tobu Museum. We took a group photo together. When the horn sounded, Yee-chan said happily, “すごいね” (great). She sat on many trains. Yee-chan was smiling a lot. She is happy to be on excursion.

Kinder Nursery Report:
We played with toys. Yee-chan cried and said, “ピンク, ピンク” (pink, pink). I passed one to her and said, “Yeeちゃん、ピンクあるよ” (Yee-chan, pink one). She was still sobbing. After a while, she felt better and played. Tomorrow, we are going on an excursion.

We went to the park. Yee-chan sat on the swing for a long time. She likes the seat at the end and would not sit on other seats. She did not even look at the other empty seats.

2Y10M (JP) - Buffet at 亀戸（かめいど)

Buffet Culture in Japan
We went to a viking (buffet) that has no time limit. In Japan, there is time restriction for buffet like 1500yen for 90 minutes. At Ginza, there is a 1000yen buffet for 60 minutes.

We went to the Traffic park. Yee-chan made ‘cake’ in the sand box. She is very good at it. During playtime, she and Hikaru-kun took a picture together. Today, she said, “人見先生” again.

人見先生 said that Yee-chan ran and kissed her on the cheeks.

Kinder Nursery Report:
We did hand-painting today. Yee-chan seemed familiar with it and was good at making her hand print. When we are finished, we played with balls. Yee-chan sang ‘そうだったらいいのにな’ as she played.

Mummy found the song on youtube. It means 'It would be nice if that was'.
