2Y6M (JP) - Zee's Pushing for Early Arrival

Praise God that Mummy's water bag burst on a Sunday evening. Yee followed Daddy and Mummy to the hospital.

Mummy had to stay for the night.

Mummy was both pleased and surprised that Yee followed Daddy home without any 'struggle'. In fact, Yee just said goodbye to Mummy and walked out of the hospital without looking back.

2Y6M (JP) - Kinder Nursery Sports Day

Near our house, there was a 祭り. Daddy left Yee tried the Japanese traditional fishing with paper holder.

Yee is more interested in the snack than the goldfishes.

2Y5M (JP) ~ Ballet Diary ~ 'God Job' vs 'Bad Job'

2Y5M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee

First Influenza Shot
Mummy brought Yee for the first influenza vaccine. While waiting for Yee's turn, Mummy took out the toy syringe and demonstrated to Yee again the concept of vaccination. In the doctor's office, while Mummy was talking to Yee about the vaccine with the toy syringe, the doctor already gave Yee the shot. He was really quick. Mummy gave Yee a thumb-up and said, "Mummy said that if Koh Yee did not cry, Mummy would say, 'Good job'."
Kinder Nursery Report
Yee coughed a lot during nap today. Finally, Sunday is the sports day. Looking forward to see Yee-chan’s hardwork. Let’s meet on Sunday.
Words Spoken
a) During drawing time, Yee did not allow Mummy to do her own things. She gave Mummy a color pen, pointed at the paper and said, "いっしょに ここ” (together, here).
b) Unlike other kids, instead of asking, "Why?", Yee loves to ask, "何にこれ" (What's this?). Mummy managed to catch her in the below clip.

For e
very question, Yee gave a reply herself.

Drawing Time
Yee used both hands to draw.

In the beginning, she was drawing in spiral and said, "蜗牛". It did look like the snail's shell.

2Y5M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee

Yee's First Pony Tail

Kinder Nursery Report:
We went to 中央 park today. The kids played with the sand. There was a tennis court beside the sand ground. There were people playing tennis. Yee-chan watched the tennis game.
Way Home
At the door, Yee got down from the tricycle and said that she would push the tricycle inside the house. Mummy was impressed with her initiative and gladly let her do it. Yee has been closing the door and hanging her own jacket too.

2Y5M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee

Kinder Nursery Report
We practiced for the Sports Day today. We wore wigs during play time. Yee-chan happily chose a wig with green flowers.
Free Flashcard From Internet
Living in a non-English speaking environment, it is difficult to buy English materials for Yee. If there are any, they are often expensive. Mummy was glad to find a website to download free flashcard for Yee (http://www.mes-english.com/flashcards/hobbies.php). Mummy has been hoping to teach Yee on opposites like fast/slow, etc. Thank God.
Yee Showing Off Her Yoga Pose
When Daddy came back from work, Yee did her yoga pose and said, "見て" (look).

2Y5M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee

Kinder Nursery Report
We went to 南沖 (みなみおき) park today. There were a lot of acorns falling on the ground and the children were picking them up. As Yee-chan was picking the acrons, she said, "大きいどんぐりいっぱい" (many big acorns). Yee picked the most acrons.
Feedback from Teacher
Yee is おしゃべり(chatty).
Locked the Toilet Door
What Mummy had worried, happened. Thank God that Yee was not in the toilet when she locked it and closed the door. Mummy was able to open the door from outside with the help of screwdriver and spanner. Mummy is glad that she knows what to do should Yee locked herself in the toilet.
Words Spoken
- Mummy followed Yee to do the actions from the Japanese kids songs. When finished. Yee said, "Mummy, 上手 (じょうず)" (Mummy, good job) and gave Mummy a thumb-up. Oh, Yee is so sweet and encouraging.
- Mummy killed a mosquitoes that was biting at her ankle. Mummy used this opportunity to explain to Yee that mosquitoes sucked blood. Then Yee, with a look of concern, asked, "Mummy, 大丈夫 (だいじょうぶ)" (Are you alright, Mummy?). Oh, Mummy's little girl is so sweet.
