Yee was so tired today that she dozed off many times:
- During my Japanese class, I suddenly heard a "bang". Yee knocked on the table as she was dozing off.
- During the 10-minutes break-time at the pool. Yee dozed off on my lap.
- On our way to grocery shopping (about 8pm), Yee dozed off on the stroller and slept till the next morning

2Y2M (JP) - Awesome Day With Cousins - XiaoRui & AhJun
Xiao Rui & Ah Jun were in Tokyo!! They came to visit me in Chiba. I was so glad to meet them.
- What warmest my heart most was ... though I had been away from Singapore since Aug 2004, I did not feel the barrier between us. I was so glad that they were so at ease with me and talk to me freely. It was an awesome time, especially catching up with what on they are doing now and their dreams. I pray that God will grant all the desires of their hearts. Amen! - I'm always thankful for having a wonderful family. My siblings are awesome. My nieces and nephews are incredible and they don't make me feel like an auntie with whom they cannot interact with. Praise God for each of them.
Doggie Fascination
Yee loves dog. She was so drawn by these two dogs outside a boutique that she kept running from one to another. I managed to get her to say the colors of the dogs too.
Chasing Pigeon,
Yee was always any pigeons that she could see today, all over the places.

2Y2M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee
Learn From Kids TV
This morning, there was a kids program that showed a 4-yr-old wearing her pajama. The pants and top were placed neatly on the floor. This evening, Yee laid her pants on the floor and started to wear it that way. This may be a more effective method as she would not get the side wrong. I used to give the pants to her and tell her which was front.

Way to School
Yee was saying, "红灯。红灯。” to Daddy a few times. Daddy had no idea what she meant and asked, "什么事，爸爸不明白。” Yee looked at Daddy seriously and pointed at the traffic light. Then Daddy realized that he had just crossed the red light. Oops, Daddy was guilty and quickly distracted Yee with other things.
Kinder Nursery
We had physical exercise in the room today. Yee-chan was very happily doing the exercise. After the exercise, Yee-chan played with her favourite dolls. Yee took different dolls and said, “先生、クンクン。プーさん、メーメー” (Teacher, good good. Pooh-san, ears).
Potty Training: 15:00 (sat only)
Yee The Drummer Singer
Yee was drumming and singing the whole evening.
Yee was saying, "红灯。红灯。” to Daddy a few times. Daddy had no idea what she meant and asked, "什么事，爸爸不明白。” Yee looked at Daddy seriously and pointed at the traffic light. Then Daddy realized that he had just crossed the red light. Oops, Daddy was guilty and quickly distracted Yee with other things.

Morning Journey to School
As Yee walked through the carpark, she used her foot to point at the number on the parking lot. Daddy realized that Yee was imitating his action (which he did yesterday) where he used his foot to point at the different numbers and taught Yee to recgonize the numbers.
Kinder Nursery
- We did physical exercise in the room. During the exercise, Yee-chan liked to pass through my legs. She saw friends sitting on the potty and imitated them by sitting on it too.
- ７月かざり is Tanabata event which is Japanese culture event. Please write Yee-chan’s wish and name on wishing card of Rabbit's clothes. Please give it to the teacher by 3th.
Potty Training: 15:00 (sat only)

As we were climbing up the stairs, Yee started to recognize the floor number on the wall. She pointed at "3" and said, "four". I corrected her. At 4th floor, she said, "four". I was glad that Yee was beginning to recognize numbers. We have been exposing her to numbers through books and things around us.

2Y2M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee
Way To School
- For these two days, after kissing Mummy "goodbye" at the door, Yee walked to the elevator and then she would quickly ran back to Mummy and said, "Elmo". After giving her the Elmo bag, she happily ran back to meet Daddy at the elevator, and blew kisses to Mummy.
- It was drizzling, Daddy let Yee played in the rain. Yee happily ran from a paddle of water to the next. Yee kept saying, “下雨”. Soon, they reached her school, much faster than normal days.
Kinder Nursery
We played with newspaper in the room today. When Yee-chan saw the next door friends wrapped their heads with newspaper, she took the newspaper and pointed at her head. When wrapped up with the newspaper, she was very happy. Recently, Yee-chan did not dislike sitting on the potty at all. Today, Yee-chan did not like to get down from the potty.
Potty Training: 11:00 and 15:00 (sat only)
Up-&-Down
We did 'up-&-down' at the staircase. There were six fleets of stair at our apartment building. Yee would climb up two fleets and climbed down another. We did this "up and down" numerous till Yee was satisfied.
Koh Yee's
Mummy bought a new pillow for Daddy. Together with Yee, we put on the pillow case. When it was done, Yee happily held it and said, "Koh Yee's". Daddy told her that it was his. Yee shook her head and said, "Koh Yee's" and refused to give it to Daddy. At bedtime, Yee pointed at the new pillow (which was put at Daddy's place) and said, "Koh Yee's". She would not yied till I changed her pillow with Daddy's. So Yee won and took possession of Daddy's things.
Good Job
Now, Yee loves to say, "Good job" (with two thumbs-up) whenever she completed a task.
