Tonight, Yee did something that surprised me.

She took the remote control from the table. Press one the "on" button and put the remote back on the table.

I was surprised of her action because I do not let her play with remote control. Hmm ... interesting.

1Y11M - Red Riding Hood

Toddler's fave word

Yee is trying to say "ない...ない" (nai) which means "no", "do not" in Japanese. It does not matter where you are, "no" (in various langauges) is definitely universal fave word of toddler


Pouting Lips
I think since two weeks ago, Yee loves to pout her lips, esp when she is saying words with "sh" sound like, "叔叔" or "d"sound "どして" (doshite).

Wearing Hat is a Big Challenge
Getting Yee to wear hat is a big challenge.
I borrowed a book "How do I put it on?"
When we reached the below pages,
I took out her hat and put it on for her.

1Y11M - Kinder Nursery

It is new academic year in Japan. The teachers are very thoughtful to create a card for every child.

What a precious gift!!
