Mummy was so tired after a long day of Japanese class, swimming, summer festival (30minutes from home) and laundry. All Mummy wanted was to do "brain dead" stuff like watching a movie. However, Yee had other things in mind. She wanted to sing the actions songs. And insisted that Mummy sang and acted with her :-(

2Y2M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee
Morning Walk to School
Daddy asked Yee, “石头在那里？”
Yee replied, “石头， 没有。”
Kinder Nursery
We played with dolls in the room today. Yee-chan did not play with her favourite dog but she played with a sheep. When her friend took her toy, she said loudly, “ギャーギャー" and made a fuss. After Yee-chan took it back, she played with her friends happily.
After School Walk
- When we came out of the nursery, Yee did not want to sit on the bike. She wanted to walk. I have been pondering whether I should walk Yee home from the nursery. But I know that Yee enjoyed riding on the bike. Moreover, she got to see a different perspective of things from the bike. Perhaps, I should alternate between riding and walking home.
- It has become a challenge to think about where to bring Yee for a walk. This evening, I decided to bring her to a bookstore near our house.

After School Walk
Last night, I suddenly realized that the evenings were much shorter (at home) because Yee took her evening walk around the neighbourhood every evening after school. What used to take 15minutes to be home has become one hour.
a) Yee Did It Again
The moment Yee saw the camera, she posed for the camera and came running to Mummy, saying, "I see."
b) Laundry Mat Not knowing why, Yee enjoy going into this laundry mat and sat on the table.
c) Take Picture
Whenever we passed the neighbour's house, Yee would stop by the potted plants, stretched out her hand and said, "take pciture." Mummy gave her the mobile with the camera mode on.
Super Time
This was the first time we sat on the floor to have our supper.
Bedtime Teeth-brushing
I took the toothbrush to the room to brush Yee's teeth. Yee took it from me, walked to the washroom. As she was walking, she turned to me, raised her hand to signal stop and said, "Wait." She did not want me to follow her. After placing the toothbrush in the holder, she ran back to the room happily.

2Y2M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee
Kinder Nursery
Yee-chan did not cry when she came to school today. She was very happy. We played in the pool today. We made a water tunnel with the hose. Yee-chan and friends were giggling. After that, they used the bucket to collect a lot of water, from the hose. Potty Training: 15:00
After School
Since Yee loves to walk after school, I decided to bring the camera along. Here a picture taken outside the nursery with her nursery-mate, あよまちゃん (a very jovial girl, always smiling.)
It was interesting that Yee loves to pose for the camera today. I was glad that I had the camera with me.

New Swimsuit
Mummy was packing Yee's swimsuit for the school in the morning. Yee saw it and wanted to wear it.
Kinder Nursery
We played in the pool today. Yee-chan put a lot of water in the bucket. Yee-chan was calm when the water from the hose or friends splashed water on her. After a break, Yee-chan said, “入っていいよ” (enter) and quickly enter into the pool and played happily.
Potty Training: 15:00(sat only)

2Y2M (JP) - Daily Walk with Yee
Kinder Nursery
- Thank you for joining the excursion. It was a fun time. I was very happy too.
- Today is the first day of the year to play in the inflated swimming pool. Last year, Yee-chan played in the small pool. This year, Yee-chan played in the big pool. There was a little splashing of water, and Yee was calm. Yee has become strong.
Potty Training: 15:00 (sat only)
Way Home
What used to be a 15 minutes journey home has been extended to 45 minutes. After parking the bike, Yee wanted to walk around the neighbourhood. We first went to the vacant land that she was there yesterday. When we were at the junction towards home, Yee wanted to walk another way, she pointed the the traffic light and told Mummy, "Green man." Yee is persistence and refused to go home. So, we walked towards すえひろ保育園. Besides the nursey, there was a tiny park. Yee played on the swing for a while. Yee refused to leave till I distracted her with the Anpanman slide inside すえひろ保育園. Outside the gate, we prayed for God to open door for Yee to enter in August.
