Kinder Nursery
Yee boarded the cart and we walked to the park. On the way, Yee was smiling and saying "あー" and "うー". In the park, Yee played with the slide. Yee was a little scared. But once she finished sliding down, she was happy.
Playtime
Yee kept pointing at the screen of the laptop. Somehow, I tuned in to youtube and started to play children songs. Yee was enjoying them and did the actions. She insisted that I must join her to do the actions. Whenever I stopped, she would took and hands and nodded her head to signal me to do the actions.

1Y11M - Daily Walk with Yee
Before School

Kinder Nursery
We went to see the making of carps. Yee was good at imitating the drawing of the red and yellow carps’ scales.
Dinnertime
During dinner, Yee threw her fork on the floor. In the past, I had to pick up for her as she was sitting on the high-chair. Now that we are sitting on the floor, I told her sternly to pick up the fork at the other end of the table. Yee did not face me but stole glances at me from the corner of her eyes. After a long silent, she stood up and walked to pick up the fork. I realized that Yee has reached the stage where it is very important to discipline her.
We were singing from the yellow book when Yee kept pointing at the computer screen and said, "見”。I made a guess and log on to youtube for nursery rhymes. Yee loves it!! I thought perhaps I can sneak away and do my own things. I was wrong. Not only did Yee want me to sit with her, she wanted me to sing and do the actions too. Whenever I stopped doing the actions, Yee would snudge me.

1Y11M - Daily Walk with Yee
In the Morning
Yee woke up, took my hand and said, "Up". She kept pulling my hand till I got up from the bed.
Kinder Nursery
Yee was crying when she came to school. she stopped crying when we went to the park. She was having fun at the park.
p/s: From now on, I'm translating Yee's nursery report on my own. It is a challenge.
Discipline
I did something "dramatic" with Yee this evening.
Daddy was back and Yee threw a biscuit on the bedroom floor. I told her to pick it up. She ignored me. I repeated sternly. She ignored me. When I took her hand and pointed at the biscuit on the floor, she cried and struggled and ran to Daddy. Daddy explained to her that she should not throw things on the floor and asked her to pick up her mess. Yee walked back to the bedroom, she threw me a smile and pretended nothing happened. She went to her toys and started to play by herself. I repeated my commands a few times and Yee ignored me. I stood up, took a big plastic bag, walked to her and said, "If you are not going to pick up your mess, I will keep all your toys." Once again, she ignored me. I picked up her toys and threw them into the platic bags. Yee was startled at my action. She tried to fight back. I repeated my command, "Pick up the biscuit! And you will have the toys!" Yee looked at me, stood up, picked up the biscuit, threw it into the trash and returned to me with a smiling face. I succumbed at her sweet smile. I kissed her and explained to her that she could not throw things. Then, I gave her back all her toys. Yee was once again, my sweet little girl.

1Y11M - Daily Walk with Yee
Towards the end of the service, the church choir performed a song. During the performence, Yee started to clap hands. She turned to Daddy and gestured him to do the same. When Daddy did not do it, she took his hands, hit them together and nodded at him (telling him that is the way). Then Yee turned to Mummy and repeated the same thing. Whenever one of us stopped clapping, she would ask us to clap. If we did not, she would take our hands and hit them together.
